Thank you for choosing GREEF New Energy products. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and support throughout the entire customer journey—before, during, and after your purchase. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide the following comprehensive warranty and service policy:

I. Warranty period:

Permanent Magnet Generators are THREE years warranty.

WIND TURBINES are THREE years warranty.

PCTC SERIES CONTROLLER are TWO year warranty.

GRID-TIED INVERTER are FIVE years warranty.

OFF-GRID CONTROLLER are TWO year warranty.

OFF-GRID INVERTER are ONE year warranty.

 

(1) The warranty period is start from the Vessel date of on the Bill of loading or shipping date on the waybill  .

(2) Free maintenance services during the warranty period the cost involved be borne by the company, do not charge a fee to customers, free warranty if any damage outside the warranty period, the company will charge a fee for labor costs and materials.

(3) The warranty period, company's quality problems caused by the maintenance of the freight borne by the company. if not under warranty or not quality problem, all the freight &charges by the customer. Tax is should be paid by customer in their own country all the time .

 

II. Warranty:

 

We will provide the approved products for all customers to provide maintenance services. But in order to enable the two sides can enjoy fair Treatment, for the following reasons for failure or damage, we will not provide free warranty.

1.The product is beyond the stated warranty period.

2.Damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or accidents.

3.Failures resulting from improper transportation, handling, dropping, or collision by the user.

4.Damage due to unauthorized modification, disassembly, or improper use of the product.

5.Malfunctions caused by unethical operation or unapproved testing with other equipment.

6.Unauthorized attempts to repair or open the device without guidance from GREEF technical personnel.

 

III. Maintenance Service Procedure

 

1.Should you encounter any issues with our products, please follow these steps:

Contact our Service Department or your original sales representative. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos and/or videos for reference.

2.Our engineers will diagnose the problem and provide guidance for troubleshooting. Many minor issues can be resolved remotely under their instruction.

3.If a replacement part is required, we will arrange shipment accordingly. Within the warranty period, GREEF will cover both the cost of the part and the freight for quality-related issues.

4.In case of a major failure attributable to our product, we may dispatch a technical engineer to offer on-site support when necessary.

 

IV. Service Fees Policy

 

To ensure customer rights and service transparency, we hereby provide a detailed explanation of the relevant fee standards:

 

**1. Service Fees During Warranty Period**

- Completely Free of Charge: Includes labor costs, replacement parts, and two-way shipping fees (from China to the customer's location).

 

- Applicable Conditions: Only for malfunctions caused by quality issues of the product itself.

 

**2. Fee Standards for Non-Warranty Services**

Fees will be charged according to standard rates under the following circumstances:

- Expired warranty period

- Damage caused by improper operation or accidents

- Unauthorized self-repair attempts

- Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters)

 

**Fee Structure Formula:**

Total Fee = Technical Service Labor Fees + Replacement Parts Costs + Round-Trip Shipping Fees

 

**Detailed Fee Explanation:**

- **Technical Service Labor Fees**: Charged based on actual working hours required for repair (Standard Rate: 320USD/day /person  ,Everyday 8 hours working)

- **Each time must 2 engineers service at the same time

- **Parts Costs**: Quoted according to the actual replacement parts used (a detailed list will be provided)

- **Shipping Fees**: Actual international courier costs incurred (shipping documents will be provided)

- **Duties & Taxes**: All import taxes and duties incurred in the destination country must be borne by the customer

- **Storage fees resulting from the recipient's delay in receiving the shipment.

- **Any additional costs arising from local customs inspections, delays, or administrative requirements.

 

**3. Service Process & Payment Methods**

- Provide a detailed fee breakdown for customer confirmation before commencing repairs

- Accept international payment methods including wire transfer and T/T

- Issue official tax invoices (available in both Chinese and English)

- Provide a complete inspection report and list of replaced parts after repair completion

 

**4. Special Notes**

- All quotations are valid for 30 days

- Shipping costs are subject to adjustment based on international exchange rates and courier company rates

- Replaced faulty parts will be returned with the shipment (customers may request destruction)

- Replacement parts come with a 6-month quality guarantee
